Q – Can we alter a package?

A – We can add or subtract a thing or two if necessary.  We decided to create packages to simplify the process with the most common choices in wedding photography.

Q – We’re not sure of a desired location for our portraits.  Can you assist in finding a great place?

A – Absolutely.  Our photographers have shot all over north Texas and know some great places to get wonderful images.

Q – What do we wear to our portrait session?

A – You are free to wear whatever you want based on your portraits, whether its head shots, engagements, bridals or corporate.  If you need some help just let us know and we can assist in taking out some of the guest work.  However, the one tip we’ll share here is to wear whatever your comfortable in.  If you choose an outfit for the shoot that you would normally never wear and feel uncomfortable wearing, this will show in your pictures.  P.S., men please make sure your socks match! They will be seen!

Q – We’ve decided to book photography with AutumnLight, now what?

A – Simply gives us a call or email to let us know.  We’ll send you a proposal via email for your approval.

Q – What is the deposit/reservation fee and how much is it?

A – The deposit/reservation fee is $500 for weddings and 50% of total for portrait services.  This deposit guarantees your date in our calendar and the amount is applied toward the balance of your services.

 Q – When is the remainder of the balance due?

A – The remainder is due no later than 2 weeks prior to your event.

Q – We saw all the packages you offer on the pricing page but didn’t see prints, canvases, and albums.  Do you sell them?

A – Yes we do.  Print and canvas pricing can be found inside your client gallery.  The client gallery is also where you would purchase them.  For album sales you would need to contact us directly due to changes in pricing throughout the year.  We are big supporters of local business and the prints and albums we use are designed and created right here in Dallas, Texas.

Q – How long will it be before images are ready?

A – Images will be available in your online gallery approximately 4 weeks after your shoot.
